Wrestling practices cover skills, drills, live wrestling, and conditioning along with fun learning techniques from our coaching team lead by Coach Trevor Houn. Registration Night and parent meeting kick off for the 2020-21 Folkstyle season will be November 10th at 6:30 PM in the TCU High School commons.  

Practices are held Tuesday nights beginning November 17th

Right now we are only going to be offering 1 session from 6:30-8:00 PM


During the folkstyle wrestling season, wrestling clubs from all over the state host tournaments. Tournaments are registered at TCU youth wrestlers are encouraged to participate in tournaments as the more mat time happens, the more the skills from practices can be put into practice.


TCU Youth Wrestling hosts a home tournament. TCU wrestlers are expected to be a part of the home tournament. All other tournaments are optional, but the more mat time that a wrestler (at any age) is able to have the more retention and confidence is built in each youth.

MNUSA Membership


TCU Titans Youth Wrestling through the Montgomery-Lonsdale Campus program is an official USA wresling charter club. Each member of our youth wrestling program receives a MNUSA membership which inlcude access to great learning tools, higher level of tournament invlolvement, and secondary insurance. All coaching and program directors and support have memberships as well, including background checks, access to additional training, and certification through USA Wrestling.
